Booking on the web while signed in now shows a "Your coupons" panel at payment with the coupons available to you for that operator, and applies your best eligible one automatically — no need to type a code. Coupons that don't fit the booking yet are listed with the reason. Tap another to apply it, or remove one before you pay.
Saved couponsStarting a reserved bike now handles slow card charges gracefully — if a payment takes longer than usual you're prompted to try again instead of waiting on a spinner, and you're never charged twice. Most charges still clear in a few seconds.
Automatic ride chargingRiders added to someone else's booking can now confirm they're coming — straight from the invite email or their account — so pickup is faster with no extra verification step. Operators see at a glance which riders on a booking have confirmed.
Additional riders on one bookingManual rental creation in the operator dashboard now bypasses holiday and outside-hours availability gates for staff bookings. The rentals timeline chart remembers your selected range and defaults to today through the next 60 days.
