FAQ
What does it cost to list?
Free to list. RideNet takes a platform fee on each completed job — see the operator terms for current rates.
How do I get paid?
Through Stripe Connect Express. After your first job is marked complete, payouts land in your bank account on a daily schedule (configurable).
Do I need to be a certified mechanic?
We require at least one professional certification or proof of relevant experience for moderation approval. Self-taught maintainers can submit a portfolio instead.
Who books me?
Riders, fleet operators, and rental businesses on RideNet. Request volume scales with your verified certifications and review history.
What about insurance and liability?
You're an independent contractor. We require you to carry your own liability coverage. The maintainer waiver in the dashboard covers the platform's terms.
