The 16% platform fee covers payment processing, hosting, the rider app, Stripe payouts, and ongoing software updates. The $10/vehicle minimum keeps your fleet visible, monitored, and patchable even in the off-season.
Ridenet does not offer an insurance add-on. Any coverage is available only under a separate written agreement with its own terms and conditions, is granted per vehicle, and applies only to vehicles purchased through, provisioned by, and expressly granted coverage by Ridenet, operated on the Ridenet platform in approved countries under Ridenet's operating standards. No vehicle is insured by default.
